By day, I am a marketing analyst. By night (by the time I get home actually), I'm head-"chef" of the Culver Kitchen. My husband is an excellent sous-chef/getter-of-things-on-the-top-shelf/dishwasher :). I've primarily decided to write this blog to help me keep track of dishes I've made and what has and hasn't been successful. Hopefully, this will improve my dishes and inspire more creativity.
